How we work

Flexible engagement, disciplined delivery.

Pick the commercial model that fits your scope — then watch a sprint-based delivery system turn it into working software, week after week.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us

Every project is different. Choose the model that matches how defined your scope is — and switch as your needs change.

Fixed-bid
Predictable budget and timeline
Best for

Well-defined scope where the requirements are clear up front — MVPs, integrations and discrete modules.

What you get
  • A fixed price and a fixed delivery date, agreed before we start
  • A detailed scope document and milestone plan
  • Change requests handled transparently as scoped add-ons
How billing works

One agreed price, invoiced against milestones. You know the total cost on day one.

Time & Materials
Pay for what you use, full flexibility
Best for

Evolving scope where priorities shift as you learn — discovery-led builds and products still finding their shape.

What you get
  • The freedom to re-prioritise the backlog every sprint
  • Full visibility into hours, velocity and spend
  • No change-request overhead — you simply steer the roadmap
How billing works

Billed per sprint against time actually worked, with a clear rate card and a monthly cap you control.

Dedicated Team
A senior squad embedded with you
Best for

Ongoing roadmaps and long-running products that need a stable, accountable team alongside yours.

What you get
  • A named, senior squad — engineering, design and QA — that stays with you
  • Your tools, your rituals, your standups — the team works as part of yours
  • The ability to scale the squad up or down as the roadmap demands
How billing works

A predictable monthly retainer per allocated team member. Scale headcount with 30 days' notice.

How it works

Four phases, regular demos, working software you can see

We carry your project from the first call through launch and beyond — and you review real, running software at a cadence we set together, not status reports.

  1. 01
    Discover & Define
We pin down the real problem, the users and the constraints — and where AI actually earns its place — before a line of code. You leave with a scoped plan, not a guess.
  2. 02
    Design & Prototype
Architecture and interface, prototyped and put in front of real users. You react to something you can click long before we build the expensive version.
  3. 03
    Build & Integrate
Working software in demos you can actually use — not a status report. AI, integrations and your existing systems get wired in as we go.
  4. 04
    Launch & Scale
Production-grade from day one — infra, observability and clean rollouts. Then we stay on to run and evolve it, or hand a tidy codebase to your team.
What you can expect

How an Evenmore engagement feels

Senior engineers by default
No hidden bench juniors. The people who scope your build are the people who ship it.
Regular demos
You see working software at a regular cadence — real progress on screen, not status reports.
Transparent communication
Shared boards, direct access to the team and honest trade-offs — no surprises at the end.
Code ownership & IP transfer
Custom engagements include full source-code ownership and IP transfer. It's your software.
FAQ

Questions, answered

Everything you need to know before we talk. Still curious? Reach out — we respond within a business day.

  • Custom is built from scratch to your exact spec. White-label is our product rebranded and configured for you. Ready products are our off-the-shelf SaaS you can start using immediately.

  • White-label deployments ship in 4–8 weeks. Custom MVPs typically run 8–16 weeks depending on scope. Ready products go live the same day.

  • Yes — custom engagements include full IP transfer. White-label deployments retain our base with your branding, data and extensions.

  • Absolutely. We integrate with ERPs, CRMs, payment gateways, identity providers and any REST/GraphQL APIs or webhooks you use.

  • We offer SLA-backed support tiers — from standard business-hours to 24/7 incident response — plus ongoing product engineering retainers.

  • Our engineering center is in Surat, India, and we deliver for clients across the US, EU, Middle East and APAC — with daily time-zone overlap for follow-the-sun delivery.

  • Every change goes through pull-request review and an automated pipeline that runs the test suite, linting and a build before anything merges. We write unit and integration tests for business-critical paths, add end-to-end tests for key user flows, and offer independent QA and test automation as a dedicated service when a project needs deeper coverage.

  • We follow a secure development lifecycle — code review, dependency scanning, encrypted secrets, least-privilege access and encryption in transit and at rest. We build with GDPR and India's DPDP Act requirements in mind, and we can run a security audit, vulnerability assessment or compliance-readiness review as part of the engagement. We're glad to sign your data-processing terms.

  • For custom engagements, you do — the full source code and intellectual property transfer to you, typically on final payment, with a clean handover of repositories, infrastructure and documentation. White-label deployments are different: you own your branding, data and any custom extensions, while the underlying product platform stays licensed from us.

  • Yes. We're happy to sign your NDA before any detailed discussion, or to provide a mutual NDA if you prefer. Confidentiality terms are also written into our engagement contracts.

  • We start with a short discovery to align on outcomes, users and constraints, then propose a scope with milestones, timelines and a budget. Well-defined work can run fixed-scope; evolving products are usually better served by a time-and-materials or monthly retainer model with regular demos, so you stay in control of priorities and spend.
