By accessing evenmore.in or engaging Evenmore Infotech for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We provide custom software development, white-label SaaS deployments and ready-made products. The specifics of any engagement are set out in a separate agreement or statement of work.

You agree not to misuse the site or services, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting operation, or using them for unlawful purposes.

Site content and our software are owned by Evenmore Infotech or its licensors. Custom-build IP ownership and white-label/partner licence terms are defined in the applicable engagement agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Evenmore Infotech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Gujarat having jurisdiction.
